Requests for home visits should only be made for those who are housebound or terminally ill.

If you want to arrange a home visit, please contact us on 01639 643 786 before 10:00. A doctor will ring you back to assess the need for a home visit.

Please remember that home visits take a lot of time and doctors can usually see five patients in the time it takes to visit one at home.

Most medical conditions can be managed more effectively in the surgery.
