Neath Cluster is one of the 11 Cluster across Swansea Bay University Health Board area. It made up of eight general practices in Neath Port Talbot working together with partners from social services, the voluntary sector, and the Swansea Bay University Health Board.

The Cluster serves about 56,500 patients.
